Meal times: Believe me, it’s not easy to set a meal schedule that suits everyone: what is an early lunch for a Spaniard is a late lunch for a Brit. So we have established a balanced schedule so that the flexibility asked of each participant, wherever she or he may come from, is as little as possible.
